Overview At VOLTRIDGE INDUSTRIES, we stand behind the durability and quality of every product we carry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of field use, physical damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Consumable accessories (batteries, cables, etc.) that have been opened
  • Special-order or custom-configured equipment

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
